Way back in February or March Bryan found out that the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition on Blue Ray was coming out on June 28. He loves Lord of the Rings. I've seen it once.
Anyway, he ordered it and said we could get it for my birthday (on June 14th...funny boy.) Well, then we paid to get it shipped the day it was released.
So, it came yesterday. :) Last night we watched the first few hours of the first movie. It was actually quite fun. I only don't really like them because of how long they are (I fall asleep in super long movies) so breaking it up is dandy.
I decided this could be Bryan's father's day present because he loves it as much as he'll love his first born. :)
