I was recently asked, how do I plan and cook meals, on a budget, for a hungry husband, where the food won't all be gone after one night? It's so nice to have leftovers so you don't have to cook every night, so how do I do it? What "pantry items" do I stock up on or always have on hand? What kinds of meals do I make after a long day of teaching, working after that, and then getting home
already starving, so that we can eat dinner before 8:00?
Anyway, I thought maybe as I work on an answer to these questions, I'd post a few things on my blog that might be helpful to everybody out there!
