Updates!

Well hello everybody! Bryan recently sent home a memory card with his latest pictures and videos on it. I wish I could upload videos, but for some reason I haven't been successful with that. Every time I try to upload one, it loads for hours and hours and it never loads. (Don't worry, I don't sit and stare at the screen the whole time. ;D) If anyone has any advice, let me know.

On that note, on with the pictures!

Enjoy!

I can't figure out why this is all distorted...but I suppose that's alright. Bryan said this is what he would look like if he were a warty gourd. :)

Confession: I'm the one who sent them the noise makers for New Year's. :) They can't go anywhere or do anything, so they needed SOMETHING to do. :) They had wars with them, saw how many they could fit into their mouths and blow at once, and Bryan even found three that, when played together, made a major chord. *laughs* Gotta love it. :)

This man's name is Kim, and he's an incredible guy that they baptized back in January (if I remember right.) He was the last one in his family to join the church, so next year they get to be sealed in the temple. :) So cool.

Bryan loves these temple trips. :) This is them (at the Seattle Temple.)

On the most recent memory card Bryan sent home, he had taken probably 25 pictures of this bald eagle. :) I figured he'd want people to see it. Apparently they fly around all over up there! Crazy!

It's beautiful up there. :)

I'm not sure which ones (Bryan could tell you,) but some of these islands in the background are Canada. Cool beans!

Pres. and Sister Showalter (on the right) came all the way out to the San Juan islands to say goodbye to Elder and Sister Birdsong (on the left) when they left to go home a few months ago.

This is a family that they've been teaching.

Man it's beautiful there. Rough life. ;)

If you look closely, you can see the little frog they found. Apparently frogs are all over up there, but since they're not all over down here, they like to take pictures of them. :) Hey, at least I'm not posting the ones of the snake. *chuckles* I'm sure it was just lovely and cool, but I have an irrational fear of snakes... like my whole body tenses up and gets all sweaty and stuff. No good. So, I'll just avoid that. ;)
This is a little girl they baptized. I can't remember her name, but I remember Bryan was really excited for it. I think she comes from a Part Member family or something.

Alrighty, so I figured that for the record, I should probably have a few pictures taken of myself every now and then. I actually hate being in front of a camera--video cameras I don't mind, but normal cameras I do-- unless I'm making face or something. So I don't really get any normal pictures of myself ever. Bryan asked me a little while ago if I could send him some one of these days.

Well, conveniently I have a good friend who's an awesome photographer, and has told me that she'd love to do a photo shoot with me to get some practice, and to get me (and Bryan) some pictures. (I already asked her... she said she'd do my engagements and stuff one day.) Anyway, so we went down to Nielsen's Grove in southwest Orem, and we took a bunch of pictures. Here are a few I didn't mind too much.

Annalisse was trying to get me to loosen up so I'd be more relaxed in front of the camera. She said "Do something ANGULAR!" This is what she got. :)

For some reason when I smile my eyes close... so just so you know...lol.

I told her to hold one one sec while I fixed my bra strap. She snapped a picture. *laughs* I think this is a funny picture. (I don't think it'll get sent to Bryan, but I still think it's funny.)

She told me to do something with my hair. I don't think this is exactly what she had in mind. :)

So then she had me fix it because it was sticking up all over. :)

I doubt I'll send this one either (he can see it when he gets home,) but we were laughing hard. We named it, "Why is my bum lit up?" *laughs*

This one is entitled "Fiery cone-head." :)

Annalisse found a cool shot with the silhouettes and stuff, so she told me to do random fun things. Me? Random? Done. :) So here they are. :)

This is me catching my breath after doing tons of heel-clicks and cartwheels and things. See? I look much better in pictures where I'm not trying to pose...lol.

And of course we have to end with a few "classic Lindsay" pictures. :)

 :) So there you are.

Today was the last day of classes for this semester, and I've already finished any and all "final things" for two of my classes. 3 exams and one giant project to go! Lol...after next Tuesday I'll get a week off before I jump into Spring term. A little break will be much appreciated. I'll get to re-meet my pillow...lol. :)

Anyway, I hope you've enjoyed these pictures! :)

Goodnight. Sleep tight. Don't let the bed bugs bite! But if they do, you could always bite them back. I hear they're an excellent source of protein. :)
