Cowboy Hats in the Bathrooms

I was trying to think of something clever to post to celebrate leap year.

And then I was sitting here at work and a man walked in.

He had a paper toilet seat cover on his head like a hat.

I kid you not.

He said  

"Just thought I'd let you know you still have the cowboy hats in the bathrooms!"
