Tonight some of our friends came over. Bryan and the husband studied for their Chemistry test from 8-10, and the wife and I had a ton of fun. We showed each other our wedding pictures, we played connect four (so fun. play it with another adult. tonight. seriously.) and then we made chocolate zucchini cake while the boys studied. So great. We ate it and it was delicious. Then we went outside with the boys and blew powdered sugar fire from our mouths. Fun stuff.
Anyway, this cake is delicious. Make it. Eat it. ASAP.
*Ps... we used half of a zucchini the size of a small child... seriously...anyway, the cake was too big for the pan size it called for. We baked it in a 9x13 for about 45 minutes and it was perfect.*
