Dinner last night.

I made THIS for dinner last night...but I halved it...except the onion because I like onions...and I don't particularly care for bone-in skin-on chicken... but this was pretty tasty. I would have been satisfied eating just the sauce... it was delicious with all the chicken juice in it. Oh man. Delish. We had it with a dark green salad with poppyseed dressing. Yum.
