Today is my last day of student teaching.
Next semester I go back to being a student one more time.
I have to pretend like this is no big deal or else I get a little emotional about it.
I'm going to miss it.
Miss G (the teacher I've been teaching under) just gave me a $50 Outback gift card to say thanks.
Dangit... it makes me think more about the fact this is a big deal.
I have mixed emotions... I'm way excited to be done with all the college work I've had to do (read: an approximately 200 page portfolio of papers, unit plans, reflections, etc... lots of work)...but I like being a teacher....and I love my kids...
bahhhhhhh......
