School starts in 10 minutes.
A boy in my first period class just came in and walked over to me and said,
"Hey Mrs. Merrill, if I look like I'm sleeping today it's for a good reason."
"Because you are?"
"Well yeah but it's because I was up all night throwing up and I came to school today because it's your last day teaching... but if I need to just run out to throw up is that okay or do I have to ask permission?"
While holding my breath so I didn't inhale puke germs I said "yeah that'd be fine."
Oh the joys. Lol. Funny kids.
